Any way, I called to discuss my policy price on Thursday. I was actively searching for a lower price insurance. I had concerns about several items on my policy, to the point I may have sounded rude. Sherry, kept a very calm and friendly demeanor and answered all of my concerns. Friday I called back and renewed my policy and had a few laughs thrown in.
